    The price of a single ride is $2.75, or you may purchase a multiple ride or unlimited ride MetroCard and receive discounted fares.

    • From Penn Station: Take the Shuttle to Grand Central Station and follow the directions below.
    • From Grand Central Station: Take the Number 4, 5 or 6 local train North/Uptown to 68th Street. Walk west to Park Avenue. Turn right, and walk north to 737 Park Avenue.

    By MTA Bus (within NYC)

    • From the North: Lexington Avenue buses M101, M102, M103 or M98 stop at 72nd Street. Walk West to Park Avenue and turn left to 737 Park Avenue.
    • From the South: Madison Avenue buses M1, M2, M3, or M4 stop at 72nd Street. Walk East to Park Avenue and turn right to 737 Park Avenue.
    • From Port Authority Bus Terminal: Take the M10 bus north to 66th Street and transfer to the M72 bus, which goes through Central Park, and get off at 72nd and Madison Avenue; or take the M42 or M104 bus from 42nd Street and 8th Avenue across town to 42nd Street and Madison Avenue. Transfer to the M1, M2, M3, or M4 bus north on Madison Avenue. Get off at 72nd Street. Walk East to Park Avenue and turn right to 737 Park Avenue.
    • From Penn Station: Take the Q32 bus from 7th Avenue and 34th Street to 42nd Street and Madison Avenue. Transfer to the M1, M2, M3, or M4 bus north on Madison Avenue. Get off at 72nd Street. Walk East to Park Avenue and turn right to 737 Park Avenue.

    Directions to Glashow Orthopedics From NYC Area Airports

    From La Guardia Airport to NYC: Taxis cost between $18-$28 and take about 20-40 minutes. Group rides are generally available at the dispatch lines outside the baggage claim areas. The New York Airport Service bus runs every 30 minutes, 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., from all terminals. The ride takes about 40 minutes, costs $15, and takes you to Grand Central Station (42nd St.) and a number of midtown hotels.

    From JFK International Airport to NYC: Taxis cost about $35-$45, and the trip takes about an hour. Yellow cabs into NYC must provide a flat fare of $45.00 plus any tolls. The meter will not be turned on, and the night surcharge will not be added. If passengers request multiple stops, the flat rate of $45.00 will be collected at the first stop in Manhattan, and the meter will be turned on for the remainder of the trip. The metered fare should be collected at the last stop, from the last passenger.

    • The Super Shuttle Transportation System: this bus runs every 15-20 minutes, 24 hours a day, and costs $21.
    • The New York Airport Service bus runs every 30 minutes, 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., from all terminals. The ride takes about 40 minutes, costs $15, and takes you to Grand Central Station (42nd St.) and a number of midtown hotels.

    From Newark Airport: Taxis cost between $35-$45, and the trip takes about 45 minutes. Group rates are available.

    • New Jersey Transit Express buses run every 15 minutes from 6 A.M. to midnight (hourly after that). They will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan (8th Ave. and 42nd St.). The fare is $7; buy your ticket inside the airport.

    From New Jersey to our NYC office: After crossing the George Washington Bridge, take the Henry Hudson Parkway South to the 79th Street Exit. Turn left onto Amsterdam Avenue, then right onto 81st Street. After passing through Central Park 81st Street becomes 79th street. Turn right onto Park Avenue and make a left at 72nd Street; make a right on Lexington Avenue and another right onto 71st Street.     From Long Island to our NYC office: Take the Long Island Expressway West to the Grand Central Parkway West. Take this to the Tri-Boro Bridge and to the FDR Drive.
